The Epsilen ePortfolio system upgrade was completed on August 6, 2009.  Files, resumes, showcase items, and other electronic artifacts have migrated to new, lifetime accounts.  Account owners can now access their accounts by logging in to MyBGSU (https://my.bgsu.edu) and then clicking the ePortfolio link.

All ePortfolio web addresses have changed.  The old schema was http://USERNAME.with.bgsu.edu.  It has been replaced by a new one, http://www.epsilen.com/USERNAME.

BGSU usernames (the first part of a BGSU email address, ahead of “@bgsu.edu”) are 95% likely to match Epsilen usernames.  Thus, for example, http://mhakel.with.bgsu.edu has become http://www.epsilen.com/mhakel.

A small set of help documents for Epsilen 2.0 is available online, at http://www.epsilen.com/grp/HelpGroup.

If the BGSU and Epsilen usernames differ at all, the difference will be the addition of one or more numbers.  You may need to browse to http://www.epsilen.com and then select the Search option to search for someone by name.

To keep your digital assets safe, be sure to close your browser whenever you finish using MyBGSU or Epsilen.
